There are some weddings that simply stay with you, and Tracy and Mike’s beautiful day at the Mansefield Hotel in Elgin was absolutely one of them. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and a sense of ease that made the whole celebration so memorable.

The morning started in the most relaxed way. Tracy was such a chilled-out bride — calm, smiling, and completely embracing the excitement of the day ahead. I absolutely adored her choice of shoes, which had just the right touch of fun with a little flash of leopard print fire peeking through her wedding attire. It suited her perfectly, a little nod to her personality shining brightly on her wedding day.

The ceremony itself was heartfelt and moving, led by the wonderful Janet Donnelly. Janet always creates such a warm and personal atmosphere, and this was no exception. The room was full of love, and you could feel every word resonating with Tracy and Mike, as well as their closest family and friends who had gathered to celebrate. One of the most touching moments for me was seeing the best man — none other than Mike’s son — standing proudly by his dad’s side. A true family affair, filled with love and meaning.

When it came to the photos, we had such a brilliant time together. Tracy and Mike were so relaxed and natural in front of the camera, which made capturing their connection an absolute joy. There was plenty of laughter, little glances of love, and genuine moments that made my job effortless. The intimate size of their wedding made everything feel so personal, and it was a real pleasure to document those memories for them.

I have to give a special mention to the Mansefield Hotel, one of my favourite venues in the area. It never disappoints — the team, the setting, and the atmosphere always come together to create the most perfect backdrop for a wedding day. And for Tracy and Mike, it really was the ideal place to begin this new chapter of their lives together.

To Mr and Mrs Coulson — Tracy and Mike — I want to wish you both all the happiness in the world. Your wedding day was full of love, laughter, and the most wonderful moments, and I feel truly honoured to have been there to capture it all.
