Weddings tend to get snapped up around 9–12 months ahead – especially in summer. If it’s a family or lifestyle session, you can usually grab a slot just a few weeks in advance. But honestly, the sooner you get in touch, the better!
Absolutely! I’m based in Keith, with a studio in Lossiemouth but I love heading out across the North East (and beyond) for shoots. If it’s a bit of a trek, there might be a small travel fee – but just ask when you enquire and I’ll let you know.
We live in Scotland… it happens! If it’s a family or lifestyle session, we can reschedule or just embrace it – some of my favourite shots have been in a bit of drizzle. For weddings, don’t worry – I’m always prepared for whatever the sky throws at us.

You’re definitely not alone there – most people feel that way, including me! I’ll guide you through everything, keep things light, and make sure you actually enjoy the process. My aim is for you to forget the camera’s even there.
For weddings, it’s usually around 6–12 weeks. For smaller sessions, about 2–3 weeks. I always send a few sneak peeks before then so you’ve got something lovely to look at while you wait.
